Smile for the Future
Smile for future generation is a community based development organisation which was established in August 2023 by Tanzania citizens from mainland having the registration number ooNGO/R/ 5028, to influence, advocating for, building capacity for children and their community so as to explore various opportunities in different sectors. The organisation intends to start implementation of the activities to the regions around lake Victoria.
SMILE FOR FUTURE GENERATION is located in Ilemela district, mwanza city Council in magaka village.
About our foundation
“Smile For Future Gen” is a Christian school and ministry serving children in Magaka Village, Mwanza, Tanzania. Established in 2023 by Tanzanian citizen.
Education sector is essential in realising country vision of industrialization and economy hence improved quality of life.Despite effort of the government of Tanzania in improving education services by ensuring free education to primary and secondary schools, there marginalised and vulnerable children who are not benefiting fully this opportunity. To realize this there are needed efforts from other non state actors to complement governmental efforts in enhancing good educational services for children from vulnerable families especially from rural areas majorof whom are disadvantaged.This will entail working on innovative ideas suitable for respective communities thus ensuring equitable access to education services for school children 6_ 18 years.

Welcome to Smile For Future Gen, an NGO dedicated to transforming lives in Magaka Village, Tanzania. Our mission is to provide free, quality education to children in need, rooted in academic excellence and Christian values. We believe that every child deserves a chance to learn, grow, and pursue their dreams, regardless of their circumstances.
Our Story
Bahati Alphonce is the CEO and the founder of smile for future generation in 2023.He was born in the remote village, being the first born among fourteen children he experienced harships in getting education. He lacked school supplies that sometimes lead him to miss the lessons .He quit the lessons for one or two weeks to work as a farm labor in the village called “Busonzo” when he was only 7 years old this was a child labor because his parents were very poor couldn’t afford to buy for him school supplies, he got paid 2000 Tanzanian shillings per day so that he can get the school supplies. Can you imagine the harships he passed through! Bahati took courage and believed one day he will help the children from vulnerable families to get school supplies because it was painful for what happened to him.
In 2018 he finished the college ,after 5 years later took a decision to form a non profit organisation called “smile for future generation” to help the children from vulnerable families and the orphans to get school supplies so that they can reach their dreams .
